Questions about printing on hook and loop tapes
How is my hook and loop tape printed?
We print using the so-called pad printing method. Maximum print size: W 70 mm x H 42 mm.
Is there a minimum order quantity for printed hook and loop cable ties?
Yes. The smallest possible quantity is 100 pieces per item, dimension and motif.
How many colours can my motif have?
We print 1-colour optionally 2-colour on hook and loop tapes.
How do I have to deliver my data for printing?
Please upload your individual motif directly when entering the order in the following formats in order to obtain optimum quality: eps,ai, jpeg, pdf.
Please make sure that your file has a resolution of at least 200 to 300 dpi. Preferably vector files, fonts converted to paths.
Do I get a proof before printing?
Yes, our customers receive a digital layout for approval before printing. We will not begin printing until we have received your written approval and payment.
Will my logo or design be repeated on the tie?
No, hook and loop cable ties are printed on one area of the product as standard.
Can I return custom printed hook and loop cable ties that were made just for me?
No, unfortunately this is not possible with customised articles.
How long are the delivery times for printed tapes?
The delivery time for printed tapes is approx. 10-12 working days after approval of the layout and receipt of payment.
General questions about products
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, this differs for the different articles. The smallest possible quantity is 25 m (rolls) or 100 pieces (Hook and loop cable ties).
Can I also get special colours?
Special colours are possible for some articles if a minimum quantity of 5,000 metres or pieces or more is purchased. This depends on the article and the desired colour. Please contact our customer service: by mail: info@pfeiffer-band.com or by phone: 02192/ 85 12 90.
Is there a minimum order value?
No. There is no minimum order value.
I have received an incorrect or defective product
If you have received the wrong product by mistake or if a product is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service by e-mail or by phone. In any case, it would be very helpful for us if you would send us a photo of the product.
Can you also cut my hook and loop tapes to size?
Yes, this is possible. Please contact our customer service. For orders of 200 m or more, we can cut your desired length using cold and/or hot cutting (in one cut length). However, there is a small surcharge for this. Please contact our customer service.
Can I also order hook and loop cable ties in an individual dimension and colour?
Yes, this is possible without any problems from a minimum quantity of 200 pieces within the scope of our stock hook and loop colours.
Can you also sew or make up my desired ties for me?
Yes, this is possible. However, this is subject to minimum quantities. Please contact our customer service. Pfeiffer has a large in-house sewing and ready-to-wear department.
Can I return ribbons that have been cut or made up especially for me?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. Only roll goods can be returned.
